Activities:

Sunny Acres Sailing, Sipping, and Soaring Society sponsors two land sailing events each year which allow disabled and able-bodied people to interact and learn about land sailing. These usually take place on one of several dry lakes near Reno, Nevada. These events are organized by Joe Bohl in his capacity as Recreation Director for the Center for Independent Living. Joe is also the first paraplegic to race land sailers at the national level.
